Executive Competency Programme Introduction Executive Competency Programmes are short training events, meant to meet the specific executive competency needs; almost all are industry oriented. They are especially developed to meet the specific management needs of executive managers. They are all conducted by high profile experts with long track records.All resource persons whether from Europe, Middle-East or Syria have strong business and academic backgrounds. They also have a specific understanding of economies under transformation. Some Details Duration Executive programmes will vary in duration according to topic and respective target group with those destined for top management being short and those addressing middle management longer.Generally the minimum duration will be one work day and the maximum ten work days.
