The Students Affairs Directorate is considered the connection between HIBA management on one hand and the students and the teachers on the other hand. It carries out the organizational and supervisory affairs of students and all that is pertinent to them since they join HIBA until they graduate. It also follows up the academic issues of students, and the changes that might occur throughout the academic phases. The directorate is constantly in touch with the students parents.
- Exams Department: The task of this department is to revise, scrutinize, and register the grades. It also prepares certificates and grades rosters.
- Higher Studies Department: It carries out the tasks and programs of MBAs, MAs and PhDs.
- Admission Section: It carries out orientation, reception, registration, and it works out the students’ documents.
